Having always had a passion for Real Estate and Investments, Cesar worked temporarily at a real estate office while pursing a Business Degree at the
University of
Massachusetts. Cesar earned a Bachelors Degree of Science with a concentration in Finance and Economic studies. Upon graduation, Cesar pursued a career in the Financial Service Industry at one of the Largest Investment Firms in the World. After seven years of servicing large Corporate Clients, Institutional Investors and Private Investors, Cesar decided to take his experience and pursue a career in his other passion; real estate. Cesar enjoys selling real estate, servicing residential sellers and buyers. Cesar joined Keller Williams Realty in 2003, the fastest growing and most innovative real estate company in
North America . To better service the needs of his clients, Cesar formed the Miranda Realty Team in 2004.
Evelyn Baez
Evelyn graduated from
Boston
University with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Management Studies. After eight years of working for various reputable investment firms, Evelyn decided to take a position at Keller Williams Realty as a Market Center Administrator which is equivalent to a Chief Financial Officer of a multi-million dollar business. Evelyn was responsible for the financials and the daily operations of several offices in the
New England region. In 2004, Evelyn made a career change and decided to focus on the sales side of the business by becoming a licensed real estate agent. She partnered with Cesar Miranda and formed the Miranda Realty Team.
